All rentals are picked up from our Ljubljana City Center location, a short walk from the Triple Bridge and Ljubljana Castle. Full pickup instructions and the exact address are sent by email once your reservation is confirmed.

We strongly recommend booking online in advance, especially between May and September. Our fleet is limited and reservations are handled first-come, first-served. Same-day bookings are possible when bikes are still available.

Yes. Every rental includes a high-quality helmet in your size, a sturdy bike lock and basic accessories at no extra cost. Child seats and rain covers are available on request for our cargo e-bikes.

Absolutely. Bike Rent Ljubljana is designed for visitors exploring Slovenia. You only need a valid ID or passport and a signed rental agreement — no local documents required. Our booking flow is fully in English.

Ljubljana weather can change quickly. Your rental continues as planned in light rain, and our cargo e-bikes come with a rain cover. If severe weather makes riding unsafe, contact us and we'll do our best to reschedule your rental.

Yes. You can rent any of our e-bikes, cargo bikes or road bikes for as many days as you need. Multi-day pricing is calculated automatically at checkout — the longer you ride, the more you explore.

For city sightseeing along the Ljubljanica River and rides through Tivoli Park, our e-bikes are the most popular choice — comfortable, effortless and perfect for tourists. Families usually prefer our cargo e-bikes.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected per bike at pickup and returned once the bike is brought back undamaged. Deposit amounts are shown clearly on each bike before you book.
